I’m your new Somatic Chiropractor. What does that mean? When you were young, you played, ate, slept, stretched, sang, danced, and basically anything you needed whenever your body signaled it. As you got older, you needed to limit how often you paid attention to those signals. This lead to sensory-motor amnesia; basically, you notice pain and discomfort, but have forgotten how to connect to it and transform it.

I’ve discovered how to shine a light into bodies and increase your awareness of what is truly going on. When you can feel it and name it, you can work with it…whether that’s to turn it off or enhance it. My unique combination of breathing, stretching, chiropractic adjustments, and intuitive energy work help you connect with your body in new and healthy way.
