New Patients START HERE
You've got THREE amazing opportunities to become a New Patient with Dr. Julie. Your first step involves scheduling a New Patient Consultation. Find the next available slot, or text EHC at 319-351-4090. Note: You can't schedule a New Patient Visit without visiting or texting with Dr. Julie first.
Alignment
Through breathing, stretch, and gentle movements, Dr. Julie helps you connect tension in one part of your body with another. Connecting these points helps you release distortions in your posture and improve your alignment. When you need additional help, Dr. Julie uses gentle adjusting techniques and tools to encourage release.
Nutritional Guidance
Dr. Julie uses BioField Technique (BFT) to find underlying stressors that are making you work harder than you need to. She finds foods, herbs and spices, or supplements that can improve your function. At the end of the session, you'll have a nutrition guide that fits your nutritional needs AND your lifestyle.
Sól Dag
Sól Dag is a semiannual clean up and celebration of you! It's a chance to shake the dust out of the corners of your body and track down those patterns that are holding you back. Celebrate the Solstice with seasonal drinks, sugar/salt scrubs, seasonal fresh flora, and candles. Instead of working on joint or muscle pain, your adjusting session is driven by your intention for the future.
